I am available for public speaking engagements to small and large group of participants ( young graduates and/or senior executive women) on topics on building women’s career success through the 3 C’s Weaving model of confidence, competence, and connectedness. The 3C's Weaving model was developed from my doctorate’s study.
My doctorate thesis examined how executive women in management sustain their careers with particular interest in the oil, gas and mining sector in Western Australia. My interest is to continue researching in women's careers and how they navigate them in their journey. My current research connection is with Professor Morten Huse, BI Norwegian Business School and a special interest research group from Israel, Europe, USA, Taiwan and South America.
